Meet the Proprietor – GVN Raju

Hello, and welcome to GNS Property Management Services. I'm GVN Raju, Founder and Proprietor of GNS, and I'm proud to bring over two decades of experience across Banking, Financial Services, Administration, and Property Management — all dedicated to one goal: making property ownership simple, transparent, and stress-free.

My Journey

My professional journey began in the banking and financial sector, where I worked with HDFC Bank and India Bulls. Those early years taught me the importance of precision, integrity, and client trust — values that still guide how I manage and serve our clients today.

After my time in banking, I transitioned into Administration and Human Resources, where I gained hands-on experience in organizational management — from handling employee records and payroll to conducting performance evaluations and improving workplace systems. This phase helped me understand how strong internal processes lead to better client experiences.

Property Management Expertise

For the past 15 years, my focus has been entirely on Property and Facility Management. Over this period, I've had the privilege of managing and overseeing all aspects of building operations — including Electrical, Plumbing, Security, Fire Safety, Gardening, and Housekeeping.

Every project has reinforced my belief that professional property management isn't just about maintenance — it's about building lasting relationships based on trust and accountability.
